Do You Have A Goal or A Desire To Make Something Come True?

 If so, this is how you can manifest it! Now let me just explain something here. When I asked if you had a goal or desire to manifest something in the physical world, I am referring to things that are for the highest good of all concerned. This technique or whatever visualization images you use will NOT work if it will cause harm to yourself or anyone else.

Now with that said, let's move on. The mind is a powerful thing which helps us to imagine clearly and as realistically as possible what YOU want to happen, as if it has already happened or is already happening. This creates an inner experience of what it would be like to have your desire come true!

There are no special techniques that are required for visualizing a desired goal. You can simply close your eyes or leave them open if you wish and begin to imagine your desired goal as if it were already true. However, in order for you to see this process as a natural way of manifestation, you can try a visualization technique such as the Pink Bubble. In future posts, I will write about others...

There are 4 key  components to manifesting:

  1. Pick a goal.
  2. Make an affirmation of it. Say it in a simple sentence, in the present tense, as if it were already true.
  3. Picture your goal or feel it as if it were already true. You may want to close your eyes when you do this. Think of it as playing pretend like when you were a child.
  4. Then practice letting go and letting God or your Higher Self, or the higher power of the Universe. What this means is that you do not stress yourself out by trying to make it happen. Relax and let the higher force go to work within you to create that desire or goal you had in mind. Then go about your life. Detach from the outcome. In other words, don't focus on it. But be sure to follow your intuitive impulses & promptings, and be open to growing and changing. Trust yourself! 

Now let's try the Bubble Visualization Technique which uses the 4 steps mentioned above:

Sit or lie down comfortably. Hopefully you are wearing comfortable clothes, lol. Clothing that is restrictive-agitates! Now close your eyes and breathe deeply, slowly, and naturally. Gradually relax more and more deeply.

Through your mind's eye, imagine something that you would like to manifest. Imagine that it has already happened. Try and picture it as clearly as possible. If you're having trouble visualizing it, then feel it (in other words feel the emotions that you think you would feel if it came true-such as joy or gratitude), or sense it.

Now, in your mind's eye, surround your fantasy with a pink bubble & put your goal inside the bubble.The color pink is associated with the heart. Therefore if this color vibration surrounds whatever you visualize, it will bring to you only that which is in perfect affinity with your being.

Next, let go of the bubble, and imagine it floating off into the universe, still containing your vision. The letting go of the bubble into the universe, symbolizes that you are emotionally letting go of it turning it over to the higher power of the universe to bring it to you.

You can do this process once and let go of it completely, or you can do it regularly for awhile. If you wish to continue on a regular basis, it is recommended to do it every morning when you wake up & again at night before going to sleep.
