This card comes from the Spirit of the Wheel Meditation Deck. It is a reminder for us that every action we take, every decision we make, either directly or indirectly affects others. The actions that we choose to take or deny is similar to a pebble being thrown in the water, forming ripples and spreading outwards because we are all connected.
It is important at this time to think long & hard about the choices you are contemplating now which evidently will affect your future and the future of others. Consider the consequences.
It is vital that we understand that self-learning is a life-long process, but much heartache and pain can be avoided if we think about the long-term effects and make our choices by listening to our higher self, God, the Angels, Our Ancestors, Guides, etc. Now when I say, "our Ancestors", I am only referring to the wise ones, lol.
When your decisions carry a purpose other than self-gain, you can be certain that God & our angels will be pleased. However, this does not mean sacrificing your own needs and wants, but it does require thinking about the ripple effect before you toss the pebble.
Prayer: Guide me, Spirit of the Ancestors, to know my place in this world and to be aware that everything I do affects others. Provide me with the courage to fulfill my destiny and to evolve towards the higher good. Amen!
